Springtime and summertime in the Langhe<\/strong> is a period when numerous wine tasting events take place. This year at the beginning of June I participated in\u00a0Io, Barolo –\u00a0 la nuit<\/strong> organized in a small town Roddi<\/strong>, only few kilometers from Alba<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the heart of this picturesque locality we were treating ourselves with Barolo 2009<\/strong> and other new vintages of Langhe and Roero<\/strong>. Beautiful color of sunset, warm (but not hot) air and fantastic views seen from the terrace of old medieval castle, plus of course great wines, encouraged people to come to Roddi and to animate this usually very calm town.
